The Trattoria Quattro is the story of four brothers and sisters (Gianni, Paolo, Fiona and Flavio) in love with cooking and Italy who have taken the challenge to open a warm Italian restaurant where the family we eat simple dishes but quality respecting the products above all. Most of these are imported directly from Italy as well as the wide range of Italian wines on offer (Chianti, Nero d'Avola, Barolo, Dolcetto, Brunello, Valpolicella ...)
We are open every day for lunch and dinner except Tuesday and Wednesday off season where you can discover our cuisine in our warm indoor room decorated with stones and wood, and then from the month of May, non-stop lunch and dinner where you can enjoy our beautiful and large terrace with 4 olive trees in a nod to the name of the restaurant.
Our pizza chef Carmelo makes every effort to offer you quality pizza, starting with the flour that we are going to look for in a small mill a few kilometers from Milan, then we put our pasta 48h to rest to have a light dough and easy to digest. Accustomed to pizza competitions, Carmelo will take part at the beginning of April in the championship of the pizza in Parma.
